The military condones the use of Gentlemen when addressing multiple "sirs," so that's what I've always used. Women, I don't recall military protocol.
 
Bitches, or alternatively ho's. If you're not feeling misogynistic, feel free to call them madames, but beware that you'll just be calling them high-class ho's.
