Is it also sirs? Madame's?

The Wall Street Journal and other papers address multiple male persons as Messrs, which is the correct plural.

Oh and the female plural is Mss. or Mses.

The military condones the use of Gentlemen when addressing multiple "sirs," so that's what I've always used. Women, I don't recall military protocol.
