Letter Bomb and Virus sent to me thru email....

Hey gang

Just received an email letter bomb and a Sub-7 Back door trojan from some little script kiddy on an @home account. Used Tracert to trace it back and I now have all his NetBIOS,IP,Sub,and gateway as well as his mail server, AND I kept the email with these things in them...Where do I rat this little ba$tard out?
