This link is Zuni's profile. He has a current rating of 8 with 20 users. I have a theory that it starts dropping regardless of the rating given by the user, as the number of raters goes higher.

Everyone, go rate him, but only with a 10. If you're not going to give a 10, stay out, because you'll ruin the validity of the test.
