Im not sure what to get so id appreatiate(sorry if it is misspelled) some help in deciding what to get

I have a gigabyte 7ZX rev5.1
on the way is a athlon t-bird 1.4 ghz
arctic silver II
Coolermaster EP5-6I11
i plan on doing some mild-moderate oc'ing
like colder temps
im at work so i cant talk back until 6pm CST
