After many occasions throughout the year from individuals still asking about any proof about this, I made this defacto post - now that you have the text, read it and comment on it and hopefully discuss on-topic.

And I spent quite some time on this so please!

And the political discussion around this ofcourse files into ... > is this constitutional ?

> " There's no any evidence of existance of FEMA camps ... !?!?!?!

Firstly, That's because you're not doing a good enough job finding it.

Secondly, That's because it obviously doesn't have that same exact name on paper, this is just used for simplicity.

-----------------------

Bill: H.R. 390
National Emergency Centers Establishment Act

Army Regulation 210-35
Civilian Inmate Labor Program

----------------------------

Readiness Exercise 1984

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rex_84

Rex 84 was written by Lieutenant Colonel Oliver North, who was both National Security Council White House Aide, and NSC liaison to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and John Brinkerhoff, the deputy director of "national preparedness" programs for the FEMA. They patterned the plan on a 1970 report written by FEMA chief Louis Giuffrida, at the Army War College, which proposed the detention of up to 21 million "American Negroes", if there were a black militant uprising in the United States.
-------------------------

Operation Cable Splicer

http://www.sourcewatch.org/index.php?title=Operation_Cable_Splicer

As Governor, Reagan called on Giuffrida to design Operation Cable Splicer. Cable Splicer I, II and III were martial law plans to legitimize the arrest and detention of anti-Vietnam war activists and other political dissidents.

Internment and Resettlement Operations

In a nutshell: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_bPFlkcDsE0

If it was 25 milllion 40 years ago, how much is the estimate now ... hmm?

---------------------------
---------------------------

And it all ties with the rand corp plan about the stability police force, that will co-operate these facilities.

http://www.rand.org/content/dam/rand/pubs/monographs/2009/RAND_MG819.pdf

This is a corporate document of an idea, and not any official capacity, it's their vision, ofcourse it was written by those who were part of the US govt and who are more in the shadows. The document outlines a police force specifically trained to deal with ordinary civilians.

Are you on any kind of medication that has been prescribed by a psychiatrist, do you suffer from mental illness or have any family that does?

I feel there would be far more participation and discussion were this thread to suddenly be about everyone's favourite kind of ice cream so..... IT IS!

I dont see whats so hard to believe about this. We have war plans drawn up for every country even our own. I think it's a "contingency" not imminent like the nutters though.

I'm torn between Burgundy Cherry and Baseball (you know, layers of strawberry, vanilla and, chocolate studded with bubblegum baseballs) .

Oh and, the government also has plans for dealing with alien invasions but, no one is currently tasked with implementing them.

Seem to remember some of you recently complaining about (and reporting) off-topic posts, now suddenly double-standard posting about ice-cream etc?

I do know several key pieces of information (labeled as conspiracies) once mocked in these very forums ended up coming true big time.

These camps definitely exist as do top secret underground cities, the true purpose which are still beyond our complete understanding. The best we can hope for a Wikileaks-type whisteblower to help determine some of these bold assertions.. yet, that there aren't any leaked documents to date truly makes me wonder.

My favorite is a very rich coffee ice cream. Dense and with very high butter fat, but not too sweet and not too bitter.

Wow; they "definitely" exist, you say. Yet perfect secrecy. Not a single actual leak to the mainstream press. Pretty amazing. Because to run such camps, thousands of personnel would need to be involved. Thousands. And yet not a single leak. I'd call that a miracle. No other explanation. Or is there?

The govt has stuff for every contingency.

Underground bunkers so when nuclear attack hit our leaders can survive generations underground and continue govt.

Martial law plans for disasters, revolutions etc.

dealing with a massive 30m people illegal alien invasion.

etc etc etc

Wouldn't you if you were president?

The problem is apocalyptic personality types take it as imminent.

Get out a bit and off Alex Jones...lifes too short. What are you gonna do about it anyway?

This whole thread is Off Topic. If what Stewox claims were true, he and every nutter he links too would not exist.

Hold up, I wanna know more about these underground cities.

image023.jpg

Sounds kinda cool.

If ONLY our government weren't just a bunch of idiotic dumbasses that really have managed to piss away more money than has ever existed on planet earth before and created absolutely NOTHING with it except a gargantuan pile of debt.

If ONLY they were secretly competent enough to actually cook up even half of this conspiracy horseshit (AND actually manage to keep it a secret.) That'd actually give me some shred of faith in a few of these otherwise worthless twatsacks.
