So I have to fly to SF tomorrow afternoon to get sinus surgery the following Tuesday.

I have the choice between being totally unconscious or in that half there shriver kind of conscious.

Which should I go for? I am thinking the latter. I am just not too comfortable with them knocking me totally out..
