Aziz Ansari
Gabriel Isglesias
Amy Schumer
Kevin Hart
Tom Segura

I've watched all these people's specials and they just aren't funny.

Aziz Ansari - I'm funny because I yell
Amy Schumer - I'm funny because I talk about my vagina
Kevin Hart - I'm funny because I'm short and I yell

I actually find Hart funny at times. Amy Schumer is just annoying and I'd throw Aziz Ansari over a bridge to avoid spending any amount of time in a closed room with him.

Gabriel Isglesias - 404 funny not found.
I have no clue how this guy makes a living off his lame ass act.

Now who's funny? That's' the question.
George carlin (RIP)
Eddie Murphy
Sam Kinison (RIP)
Jim Breuer
Mitch Hedberg (RIP)
To name a few.

Sam Kinison was bloody hilarious. Probably my favorite of all time. George Carlin had his moments, but you had to sit through so much political venting to get from A to B. Eddie Murphy was funny decades ago. Been out of the game for a very long time. Jim and Mitch were not my cup of tea, but I could see the draw.

It doesnt matter at all. Was just mentioning that different people have different aethetic senses shaped by their experiences. If you have ever performed comedy or even theater at the high school level you would understand this.

I've played music in front of a couple hundred people. It isn't that different, and in any case I wouldn't disagree with anything in that quote. The thing that is irrelevant is how hard it is to master the art. No comic gets cut some slack because comedy is difficult.

Amy Schumer, not funny but 10/10 would definitely give her a great night of disappointment

Dennis Miller I liked for a short while at one time, he was on a Bill Maher level back then.

Was irritating as hell on Monday Night Football when they did that.

I actually loved Miller on MNF--it was so bizarre and bad most of the time, that it was good. Makes sense that he could not have lasted beyond that season, though. It was as if the NFL had acknowledged giving up all pretense that their sport isn't primarily for pure entertainment.

Anyway, I thought the contrast of his anodyne references amidst the dumb jocks in the booth (Fouts--and I love Fouts. Miller and Fouts together was hilarious) was quite refreshing.

This topic is too subjective to be useful. I find it bizarre that people would put, say, Jerry Seinfeld on a list of unfunny comedians. There are certainly comics I find unfunny, like Dane Cook, but he was at one time the most successful comic on Earth, so I can see that others have a different view than mine.

Overproduced and oversold is not the same thing as successful or funny.

Look at modern music. Autotuned, generic, contrived bullshit is considered "popular," but that doesn't make it good music.

Seinfeld is not funny. He may be a good business man, but he's not funny.

I don't find Jeff Dunham to be funny at all, a few years ago, I was at a friends bachelor party and he decides to play that dvd instead of playing video games and drinking beer. It's no surprise that she eventually left him, it was probably a mixture of his comedy preferences and that she may have been an actual whore that played into it.

Sandler is the king of not being funny.

He should quit movies....obviously he won't b/c there's enough mouthbreathers that'll pay for his brand of bullshit.

Yes. Sandler had his moments early on, but he lost his edge quickly.

First names that come to mind:

Adam Sandler (dude tries way too hard to be funny - not happening)
Dane Cook (not even in the "funny" spectrum)
Jerry Seinfeld (just...not...funny)

Folks that actually are naturally funny:

Jim Carrey (Fire Marshall Bill, Liar Liar, 90's flicks)
Eddie Murphy (Raw, Delirious, Beverly Hills Cop)
Jim Breuer (mannerisms are hilarious)
Richard Pryor (stand up)

Jerry Seinfeld is the most overrated comic of all time. I have never even once chuckled or smiled at one of his "non-jokes"

"What is the deal" with this guy?
