I've been reading up on BF3 and what not which has really sparked and persued me to head back to my roots of PC FPS gaming. It's done it so much that I'm going to build a brand new rig for myself since I haven't done that in a long time either. Right now I'm in the Sandbox playing but what I'm looking for on here is a mature individual that will want to help me start up a brand new BF3 clan. You might say well BF3 doesn't come out until OCT. There is a lot to do with plenty of time to get everything done.
The kind of clan I'm wanting to start is a friendly gaming enviornment at the same time playing some hardcore matches. I'm want to make it where we're not always looking for quality but at the same time not looking for quanity either. I know that's two double negatives but I want to have decent players so when the time comes when can stand our ground and have fun but at the same time not have 1000 people fighting over who's going to play. I want to make it enviornment for mature people 18+ and in the US only (because of lag issues). There will be cases where will we allow younger folks in but will have to be waivered. I want to eventually hold contest between clan members where we have random days during the month where we do things like sniper challenge and whom ever gets the best % or kills based on the scenario wins something; maybe a gift card to best buy or something. We could hold things like Beer Night, where everyone gathers on the computer and plays while we kick back a few and talk to each other on TS or Vent and play our regulars on the server. Then at the same time I want to also be able to create teams and hold practices and meetings and also do something like TWL or something of that nature.
I've got a bunch of ideas, but I need someone(or 2) that is willing to help me get this started and run this beast. Be prepared for a lot of effort to get things started but a great result at the end.
What I'm looking for in a clan leader partner
-Mature individual (18+)
-Us Only (Preferaly East Coast)
-Able to help me with start up cost of "Site, Servers, and Voice Servers". Donations will come later and we monthly payments we will not have to worry about after about the first month or so.
-Have XFire
-Help me write up Codes of Conduct
-Have web page experience as I do (installing PHP websites and forums)
-And many more.
If you feel like you might be up for the challenge please reply to this and I will PM you my XFire name and we can talk on what we can do about starting this clan for the near future. Also this is from the ground up so will be dictating everything including the name.
