Comics's, considering alot of Japanese creators were heavily influenced by Stan Lee, Jack Kirby, Steve Ditko etc. Besides comics are alot more than Superman, Spider-man, X-Men etc, they're also Ghost World, Road to Perdition, From Hell and many more.
