does anyone know of any tracks for nitro trucks?

Im in los angeles county and been wanting to get back into the game with an nitro truck like the Tmaxx but i dont see anyplace to really race them out here.

Stock ones go like 15mph? After that, I've seen up to 68mph in person.

Mine sure goes a hellofalot faster than 15 MPH; even with a stock motor and ESC.

I used to have a Tamiya King Cab years back when I was like 10, upgraded motor and speed control, man I miss that thing, it was such a blast 😀
 
Wow, I'm getting old. It was about 13 years ago when I was racing one of these. They were the hottest thing on the track. Paired up with Sanyo 1200mA SCR cells and a RevTec 18 quad hand wound, I was kicking butt at the local track. All the RC10 guys were switching to Losi's after I got mine.

It would probably get smoked by the Nikko stuff from toys-R-us these days, but man it was rippin' back then.

ugh... I've been looking at some of the new nitro stuff. Must... resist... urge... to... buy... car...

well, assuming you have the RTR version, older, and the CRAPPPPPY engine it came with stock, buy a new engine. that is what i have to say. the stock v. 1 engine goes SOOO quickly it isnt funny.

i could take pics of my NMT. i think its in dissasembled form right now. (well moderately dissassembled)

I have a nice R/C car, not anything small and fast like what you guys have but it's got twin motors, one for back and one for front. Haven't used it in a long time and have a fast charger for the batteries, 30 minute charge for the battery NFS4 showed in his pics
