1) look at any republican policy
2) think, "how does this hurt poor people"?
3) reverse engineer to reach conclusion!

Examples:
ACORN - A few isolated incidents of people registering fake names, which had to be legally handed in by ACORN but were flagged by them as obviously false. Republicans jump on it to smear them as if they were S.P.E.C.T.E.R. from the james bond movies.

How does this hurt poor people?
ACORN helps register them.

Rationale:
Smear them until everyone hates them and then less poor people will be registered.

Early Voting - States this last election allowed you up to a week of time before the election. Republicans hated this and kept saying that you only get 1 day, use it.

How does this hurt poor people?
Working poor that run multiple minimum wage jobs and often times have small windows that allow them to vote

Rationale:
By restricting the voting timeframe, less poor people will be allowed to vote. Theoretically they legally need time to vote on election day but no one follows that law.

Post your own examples!
