The country of BlahBlah recently won it's independence. There was no war or struggle. The area was conqured centuries ago by a colonial power, and now it decided to let it go. During colonial times, you were active in local governership. Now that the country is free, the governership gathered a team of 5 wise men to decide on the countries future. Being known for your leadership skills, you were declared head of the team. Now it is up to you to decide on the countries future.

It is located in a tropical area, with the south being the ocean. To the north is neutral country. The the east and west are two other countries who are not on friendly terms with each other.
You have 4 ethnic groups. One of them is not not liked by any of them. The other 3 get along, but just barely. They would rather live seperately.
The country is resource rich in iron, gold and copper. Other resources include palm trees, exotic birds, and lots of beautiful beaches.
The country has basic utilties available, but it's all falling apart. There are schools and universities, but they are in dire need of attention.
Now you have to decide on how to run the country. What kind of govt will you have, how will you handle the local politics, international politics, what industries would your promote. Basically how would you run the country.
