I choose to go bigger, I'm satisfied with my weight and 'szie' at this current time, but am struggling in the vertical growth department at 5'10".. so if I could be 6 foot that would be super, too bad it's just a game

i'd go for taller. i'm fine with my waist and b00bs, but at 5'4" i'd be fine with some extra inches there.

waste i could always reduce by getting in shape. height can be compensated for with bulk. lengh however is out of my control so given the chance i'd go for what i can't do on my own.

Why would anyone choose 4" off the waist? You can lose that with exercise. Height should be the no brainer answer.. you can't naturally increase your height.
