Let's make up a math probability theorem

For us noobs posts<4000, we need a theorem to know when something has the likelihood of being a repost and save ourselves from the worldwide embaressment of having a thread killing "repost" put up by a lifer. I for one don't want to be run out of town on the rails and scare my family anymore.
