Seriously... let's do it

Alright, I'll elaborate. I got an electric drum set a little while ago, and it has some built in tracks to help practice with but I'd like some other options. I know there's a lot of guitarists here, and I remember some would record tracks every once in a while. I was wondering if anybody had some riffs or even entire songs recorded so I could practice a bit, and maybe even put something together worth saving.
 
What kind of music are you into? I'm recording guitar/drum/synth ideas all the time mostly in the hardrock/industrial/metal area.

I like all kinds of rock, listen to a lot of hard rock and metal but recently more alternative stuff as well.
