I've learned a lot in the last couple of days on top of my life. Life has become more interesting but faster and picky. I want to learn more, so if we could have a philosophical conversation, join in.

I've learned in the last couple of days that one of the worse things you can do to your mind is regret what happened in the past. We should live our lives day by day and look to the past for guidance, not regret, and to the future for hope.

I've also learned that you can talk all you want, but that doesn't necessarily mean the work is going to get done. I.e. I telling myself all of this and only now am I even trying to see if my philosophies work...
