Lets just say I wanted another town's newspaper, how would I get it?

Lets just say that I wanted the Chicago Tribune for example, and I only wanted it ONCE (not like a subscription or anything) and I live in Kansas City. How would I go about aquiring it?

Alternatively, get an ATer to buy you one and ship it, assuming it's not time critical. 😛

call them. I know most newspapers sell individual backorder issues. My dad got the Philadelphia inquirer from the day he was born for a gift one year...
