Lets improve the AT UT2K4 Server

I have been busy so I havent organised any games in a long time but want to start the server up again this weekend. Since I now have servers in several locations can you tell me which of the following has better pings for you?

Server 1 - 67.18.35.10
Server 2 - 66.79.182.30

My prediction: East coast + central will be best at 1. West coast people will have better pings to 2.

In TX on Cox cable.

Server 1: Consistent average of 16-21ms
Server 2: ~60ms
Server 3: Around 20ms, however there's the occasional spike in the 40's and timeouts aren't unusual.
