His mommy just answered the phone and said he's out of state. She claims to have mailed out some goods today. She sounds concerned so you may well get your goods back

Thanks for the call, AC.

BTW, folks...I love this forum and "most" of the members here. We do get things resolved when we stick together!

I apologize for getting suckered into a flame war with a flaming idiot!

I also suggest you watch your language used in the forums
May I suggest that you reference US law instead of UK. Freebeagles is a UK law advice site.
I don't think calling someone who has failed to hold up their end of a CONTRACT (which is what you enter into when you list on eBay) to ask when they are going to come clean can be described as harassing.
Watch a little more Judge Judy, dood.

No problemo, Rohnert Park is just up Hway101 from me. It wasn't too late, so I called and asked for Halbert7. His mommy got involved and after a few moments came clean with the truth. I advised her Halbert7 was getting a bad rap and had several negatives on his ebay references. Also that if she was , in fact , handling business for him, I would relay the info on to you.
I would call and get the shipping info if I were you.

Complaint : Deadbeat bidder. No responses to email DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!
Complaint : Wow, what a bad experience! Untruths and broken promises. Waste of time
Neutral : Item as described. However, slow shipping and communication could've been better
Neutral : Took over a month to receive; clearly this is not a new game as promised

I hope you get this troll, but those other feedbacks should have tipped you off. These were there more than a month before the auction you won.

Of course, you're right, rudder.

I didn't care about slow shipping and the 2 "complaints" you referenced were from the same person without an auction link.

Never saw "(private)" as item # in an evaluation link...wonder what that means?
