ok...my turn.

I was 21 years old and at a girl's house. She had a crazy uncle who was hellbent on the world going into mass chaos that night. He and I had a bet about what would heppen that night. Needless to say he ended up paying for the drinks.

i was at home. my wisdom teeth were pulled out a few days earlier, and while i was mostly recovered and the swelling was gone, i unfortunately caught bronchitis. at 1030pm i spiked a fever of 104 and fell asleep. i slept through the millennium. :(

Working nights at Computer Operations. But instead of being by myself, most of the support staff were in also.

At home (Chesterfield, VA at the time). With wife and kids. No but it would have been interesting if something had happened.

Laying in bed drinking champaigne by myself, with my wife laying next to me sleeping. She got mad at me for some non-sensical reason (it was litterally something like not loading the dishwasher correctly), so she went to sleep about 11:00pm :|

I've never quite forgiven her for that because for the rest of my life, that's what I'll have to tell people I did at the turn of the century.
