When I had my testicular hernia before it was repared it pretty much looked exactly like I had a third testicle. Actually I thought that I might in fact have a third testicle till the doctor told me it was actually a hernia . But I mean I had it since I was born till the age of 17, so whats to say it wasn't another testicle?

Just in case you wanted to know. Also, if you have something like that maybe go to a doctor instead of being too embarresed to ask so you don't risk it getting worse.
