Is it "really" worth $100?

I'm having a hard time justifying a $100 remote control for my HT, but i need something that can control it all and the easiest possible.

I still like the new kameleon since it only shows you the buttons available for that device, which i like. But i don't like the idea of having to change batteries every two weeks as well.

If its as good as I hear then yes, definitely worth it. I invested $100 in a Sony RM-AV3000 and have been thoroughly satisfied.

I was checking out that one as well, but after playing with my dad's LCD, i decided to go another route. Some form of tactile feedback is a must for me.

yes.

I have the one RossMAN posted the review to, and it rocks. Whenever I watch tv at my parents house, I'm frustrated by the need to use more than 1 remote to control their HT system.

Yeah, it does make it a tad hard to just blindly use the remote but you can assign the most important functions to the tactile buttons. At this point I can kinda just guess where about on the screen the button I want is with pretty good results.

EDIT: What you need is this

YES!

Hehe, well is the 680 worth $20 more?

I'm not sure but there seems to be one major flaw in the 659, SHORT BATTERY LIFE :(

Is it as bad as the Kameleon at dead every 2 weeks?

It's pretty badass. I just got one and am absolutely loving it. Setting it up is amazingly easy and customizable.

My friend has this remote and he thinks it is worth every penny. I just wish I had enough money for my own HT system.

4 AAA batteries. I have to replace them about twice every three months. I did get rechargeable batteries, though, just to save money.

Does the 659 work well with DVR/PVR's?
