Hi...read i our newspaper about rapes,guys that cant keep their hands off girls when they bath?Huh..I am 33..when I was 15 I didnt have the guts to touch girls I didnt know,,what Is the problem with todays youth and why do people that are so sick that they rape girls walk free?

I dont mean to say todays youth sucks cause it doesnt!I just want the sick persons behind bars.,and I wonder why some guys cant respect girls.I think it might be a cultural problem but I might be wrong.I have a daughter myself(9 month)and I start to already think she is gonna learn karate;-)
 
Definitely think it is a cultural problem. And as much as I hate to admit it, movies, media, and the internet have all desensitized kids to the concept of rape and sex. In a lot of ways, I think our culture is losing its morals and good values.

also, the lack of punishment. When i did something wrong as a kid, i was slapped. Today's youth CANT be slapped because the parents ahve to fear abuse charges.

Its a sad world... :disgust:

I know you are mad, but why don't you think what you are writing b4 you type it out. These incidents never happened to girls when you were 15 years old?? Right....Your generation (people who are 33-45) are the parents of these kids who have little control over themselves. What does that say about people your age? Furthermore, your generation makes up many of the executives around the country who control the explicit images that kids see today on the TV, and other media outlets. Just to make themselves and their colleagues rich. Still proud of your generation? Your generation is responsible for much of the discrimination against women and minority groups. I could go on and on about your generation, but you get the point.

I just get sick of older people trying to talk about how bad kids are today when they should take a long look in the mirror before they decide to criticize ANYBODY......

33-45 year old age group is the one controlling it right now, as you said. But we are to blame jsut as much as they are.

a place indoors where you bath and dives,bathhouse.I read girls were assulted by young guys and they couldnt keep their dirty hands off them and the manager talked about cameras to tackle the problem.That was the issue.

Remember that show on tv middle school confessions or something, where 12 year olds would be giving bjs at parties? Kids get hand jobs like back massages. Where were these kids when I went to school???

I can't even imagine if that happened to me at a young age. I would never have left junior high.

When I went to high school, there were maybe 2 fights a semester, now it's a daily occurance. A lot changed in 10 years.

Anyways, what I basically said is that you need to look at your generation as the fault of today's kids. Your generation (notice, I did not say YOU) has pushed violent images + sex to kids through many different forms (video games, magazines, TV, etc...). When an unintelligent kid gets ahold of these ideas and perversely distorts them, you see kids raping girls at 15 years old. You see school shootings. Your generation is responsible for these images and should not be surprised when you see a kid take some of the ideas seriously. It is embedded in their heads by 15 years old......

Furthermore, it is the parents responsibility to manage their kids. I, along with many of you, were taught the right way. For that reason we are not in jail. Nowadays, parents are not as tough on kids as they once where. Once again, your generation is not doing their job to support kids. If they were, you would not see these types of incidents happening all of the time. Just as it was back in your day right?

Where do you think these kids get the ideas from? Why doesn't the parent know when the kid is in danger of falling into delinquency? Maybe you ought to ask yourself these questions and try to make an argument that makes sense.

You might have a point, my point is that the parents (his generation) is not doing their job. If they did, these kids wouldn't be in gangs, wouldn't consider shooting up schools.
