Let me guess...I need 98se to run 3dmark2001, right?

The kid got a hold of my SE disk. Unfortunately, I didn't know this until after I had already reformatted. I had to put non-se 98 on. Anyway to get 3dmark 2001 to run? Or anybody got a spare 98se?

You need DirectX 8 for 3Dmark2001 to run,btw I`m using Win98 OS1 & 3dmark2001 runs ok since I`ve DX8 installed.

I have DirectX 8 installed.

When I try to install 3dmark (I try to run the downloaded file 3dmark2001.exe) it says "3dMark2001.exe is not a valid Win32 application".

Try another fresh download of 3Dmark2001,it`s possible yours is corrupted.

I think its a corrupt download. try again.
