I'll start.

My roommate sister:

She pays me $500 rent when my mortgage is $547(not including ins + tax).
Pays all utilities, lawnmoving service and cable bills
Gives me a $5K(interest free) loan to find another car due to my car being stolen which I thought she was paying me rent 10 months in advance.

Then tonight she gives me another $1500 for rent to the end of the year.

We never see each other which makes her the best roommate ever.
