Last week my home loan was reprocessed. It went from 6% to 9% interest, and no one can tell me why. I cant afford a 9% interest loan.

My house will be finished on the 22nd. This is my last month in my apartment.
I have until the 22nd to get a new loan or I have no money for my house, and then would have no place to live at the end of the month.

Tell me about annoying.

if you signed a contract stating 6% they can't change that.

I don't think they can do that once you have a signed good faith estimate!

I know. It wasnt signed, it was an approved contract. They explained the lock in period for the rate would run out, but it wouldnt be a problem to re-up it again. Well, NOW they give me bullshiit about "Well your credit"...."Well your credit" and no one can answer me the simple question of why 6 months ago I had 6% and now I have 9. My credit aint changed......

Yes, I am warring with Countrywide right now.

Hey, that's cool that your coming to Houston. I think you will like it. You might even want to stay.

What part of town are you going to be staying in?
