are these decent ones? I see the response time is 16 ms but it is a analog. the second one is DVI but I always stay at 1024 740 so will analog make much difference? I play games, work with text and watch movies. I have 6600gt vid card. any other suggestions are very welcome.

The Viewsonic, since it has a DVI connection. Some say it doesn't matter at this size screen & resolution, but personally, I see a HUGE difference between the analog and digital connections.

Compusa has a Hyundai L90D+ 19" LCD with 700:1 contrast and 8MS RESPONSE TIME for only $339 with penny shipping, so it's $360 including shipping. I just ordered one this morning. I have a 19" LCD with 25ms respons, and it's absolutely abysmal for gaming. I've heard that at 16ms, results vary. Dells, from what i've heard, game pretty well at 16ms, but others don't. I'd look for a 12ms or 8ms to be safe, and this certainly fits the bill nicely.

Wow, i just checked their website, it's gone now, i guess it sold out pretty quickly. Still, i think newegg has it, along with some other 12ms 19" panels for sub $400 (i think samsung makes some good 12ms models for cheap).

Thanks for suggestions. cant say ive ever heard of Balance from Wal mart. the view sonic looks pretty sweet.
