Less memory on card in win2k.

Hi, I have agp TNT2 M64. The video logo screen at boot up (before the bios kicks in) indicates that it has 32MB of memory, but in windows 2000, it says that it has only 16MB of memory 🙁. I am currently using the latest detonator drivers and agp drivers. The board I'm using is MS-6764 KT2 Combo.

Anyone has any idead what could have gone wrong? Could the memory on the graphics board be faulty causing 16MB of the memory to be inaccessible and not recognized?

Also I've realized that in Device Manager, it indicates that the card is on PCI. While the detonator media center indicates correctly that it's on AGP 4x. Any suggestions on fixing this as well?

Any help would be much appreciated. 🙂

i had this problem with my voodoo5. it said 64mb on boot and 32 mb when it got into windows. try reinstalling the detantor drivers. when i reinstalled the 3dfx drivers on mine, it fixed it.
