Apparently whoever has done a nice job fixing up these Lepa Power supplies. That's what I've been told. I bought the last 600 watt. Haven't tested it yet. Could be a gem if you're on a tight budget and I actually think the red looks pretty cool.

It's a refurbished unit with a 90 day warranty.

Newegg only has one model from Lepa with reviews, and it doesn't look like that good of a brand IMO. I'd personally pay $20 - $30 for a new unit from a manufacturer with a better track record.

That Lepa seems like has passive PFC which means it has less than 80% efficiency.

Add 9 more bucks and you can get much better one, and it's brand new as well.

the 600w lepa in my brothers rig is holding up great and looks really cool. To each their own. Plenty of bad reviews on the evga linked.

That lepa is rated for 34A on the 12v. Whereas the evga is rated 40A. Not a great sign for the lepai.
