Lenovo Z580 Internet Connectivity Issues

Hi Everyone,

I purchased a Lenovo Z580 laptop about 2 months ago. Ever since I unboxed it has been having internet connection issues.

1. Sometimes the wireless icon on the task bar has a yellow exclamation mark but I am still connected to the internet
2. The internet will work for a couple minutes and then suddenly stop working and constantly trying to reconnect

The internet connection was working for the past couple of weeks but suddenly today it stopped working and constantly trying to reconnect.

OS is Windows 7 Home Premium. Please let me know if there is any other information that is needed and also is driver update software good (I'm thinking maybe that is the issue?)

Andy is this behavior is across the board in every place that you try to use the Laptop or it is only with your home network?

Did you try using the laptop for a while while sitting in the same room where the Wireless router is?

So far it has only happened on my home network. It has disconnected in different rooms in the apartment.

As of right now, the internet is working again but I have a feeling it may disconnect again. Not sure why it's so unstable...
 
Sorry I thought my other reply posted as well but it's not showing.

I tried the link that Cheez provided and downloaded the file. I then proceeded to run it but it said that there was nothing to update on my computer.
