Lenovo U450p LCD Hinge Repair

I have a customer laptop that needs new lcd hinges. The model is a lenovo U450p type 3389. I'm having trouble finding a local replacement source. So far all I have found are parts outside the USA, which may make the repair process longer. I'd prefer to find domestic replacements.

I'm also coming up short on finding a service manual for this model. Any help is appreciated.
 
Yeah, I've seen it but it shows as out of stock. I went ahead and ordered some hinges from the place in Hong Kong and will wait for them to arrive.

My bigger concern is the actual replacement. I haven't been able to find a tear down video or service manual and I don't like flying in the dark.
