Lenovo Thinkpad X60s or X61?

I'm thinking about buying a tablet PC for medical school, and some friends of mine use Thinkpad x60/x61's, so I checked them out... I'm trying to decide if the x61 is worth the extra money. I found a Lenovo Thinkpad X60s with extended battery and 3 year warranty for $900, or a x61 with similar specs, extended battery and 1 year warranty for $1250.

From what I can tell, the x61 uses a newer processor, and a different integrated graphics adapter, but that's really about it. Does anyone have any experience with these notebooks? Is the x61 worth the extra $350?

Go with X61 if you can afford it or if you want longer warranty I would check with X61's extended warranty instead of basic 3 year warranty on X60.
