Lenovo S10e Won't Keep Settings

I recently bought an S10e and it won't save settings in Windows. The two things it won't seem to save are the time and the start bar toolbar settings (language toolbar keeps coming back).

Any ideas?
 
Yeah. Still under warranty. Seems like an odd thing but I figured it's warranty related. Do you think its more serious?
