Took me like 4 calls, multiple transfers to end up returning my pc.. granted it wasn't their fault


I order a tp yoga with 8.1 not 8.1 pro, and they have no way of just switching it, aka sell me a license, etc. Ill have to send it back and reorder it.. not a problem. That's the easy part. To get to this person, post sale agent, it took 4 calls because they keep routing me to the wrong person..

Computers are nice but services sucks till you get to someone
