Question Lenovo 300S-08IHH Desktop Pre-Installed Windows registered?

So I have no expereince with pre-built computers. I am selling a Lenovo 300s-08IHH computer and it seems to have windows 10 home on it already. It seems to be like new and I want to know if someone were to buy this would they be good having windows or would they still need the cd-key from it? Do you even have to register windows 10 these days?

I need to know because I have someone interested and asking and I do not know the answer.

The OEM license is tied to the machine. Very few PCs come with an actual Windows 10 license sticker on the case like they used to. Even the last several laptops I've bought from Dell don't a key sticker at all.

Pretty much all newer PCs that come with Windows 10 pre-installed have the license tied to the machine/motherboard. You don't have to register Windows 10, but it has to be activated (which it will automatically do as long as the Windows version matches what came with the PC).
