My original 2 year old canon battery finally died and wont hold charge.. NB3L

I know the cheap stuff out there can't be trusted.. canon ones are 40.. is lenmar brand safe to get ? or any recommendation ?

I have never heard of a good experience with Lenmar batteries. It shouldn't melt or leak or anything, but it tends to be down on capacity, regardless of how it's rated.

I know that some people have seen larger issues with Lenmar NiMH AA batteries, but I don't think that will carry over to Li-Ion.

I've enjoyed my SterlingTek batteries, and they seem to be quite a popular 3rd party provider....looking here it seems that you can get a replacement for about $12.
