Length of a Thread

When I do not log into the forums and browse the threads, I see about 25 or so posts per page.

However when I do log in ALL of the posts in the entire thread appear at once.
This makes loading time very long.
Whow do you customize the number of posts per page.
I checked the 'My Profile' section but did not see it there.

Also is there a way to make it so that the whole thread does not refresh (so I don't loose my position) every time I post a reply or quote someone.

Thanks,
Bhavin

Thanks.
I knew it had to be somewhere but did not see the button at the top.

This is not working for me. I have tried under both Firefox and IE/Maxthon, with the same results. Not logged in, about 20 posts per page. Logged in, all posts on one page, which is a MAJOR pain with some really long threads. Are there any other settings which relate to this, such as standard versus enhanced or???
