he raged quit again?

Or does that cross out of his name also mean he's been temp banned?

Not 100% sure but I think that only happens when you nuke your own account.

Usually when someone is banned it will actually say "banned" under their user-name instead of "Diamond Member" or similar.

As a hint, if you click on the account, all you will see is the join date.
There will be no "last seen Date and time"

That's how you know they disabled their account.

how long does it take before members come back groveling asking to have their accounts reinstated?

I 'm not sure that's true. There's active members who show no data when you hover over their names. I always assumed it was their privacy settings, but never poked around to find out.

alas, poor shorty! i knew him, ATOT:
a fellow of short temperament, of most feeble ragequitting.
he hath caused me to laugh at him a thousand times;
and now, how abhorrent in my memory it is.

A line across means the user disabled their account. How do you people not know this?

i heard he got tired of the grind

So just stop posting for a bit? :rolleyes: (I've bailed out for a while several times but never disabled my account)

Not like re-enabling your account takes much more effort than just signing back in and posting does and based on observation, if it was only the added stress of being a "mod" I know of several members (who shall remain nameless) that stepped down as mods but kept posting.

It's more like why. You know, like after the guy drives his brand new Vette into a tree.

Personal issues from what I know .... hopefully he's okay and will eventually come back.
