Circuit City: After my second laptop repair the thing breaks a few months later, but this time, they cancel our warranty and proclaim it a "water damaged" laptop. So I am expecting a replacement after dealing with the corporate side, if they refuse I plan to take legal action against the company for their technicians who purposefuly damaged it in order to avoid the lemon law.

What are your thoughts?

Maybe you should wait to see if corporate replaces the laptop before you just into litigation... Of course if they don't replace it you should probably take legal action, although it could be your words versus theirs.

How convinient would it look, that after the technicians keep getting a laptop back with the same problem, added to that an additional problem where the battery stopped charging after the second time, that they call it a water problem, the only problem that could cancel the warranty.....
