Go with Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3R instead and preferably (though not necessary) a better PSU the $80 Corsair 520HX from buy.com

yea whats with this new wave of people telling us what they ordered AFTER they ordered it haha.
only thing we can do is point out your mistakes, wrong psu, wrong mb, and that should be a $30 burner

well that's what i'm looking for...never too late to return/exchange....my comp bit the dust and i bought some stuff i saw commonly recommended.... I have never had any luck with gigabyte so i chose the asus. As for the PSU i probably should have gone with the corsair, but from what i hear the enermax is a solid/proven psu.
