Yea how REAL is The OC. We all know housing is a lot more expensive in NorCal than it is down there. It's just that a lot of the housing down south is newer so they spent more time developing communities while in a lot of NorCal places, you're paying several million for an old house on a nice lot.

I think OC stereotypes too much. They make a big deal out of rain in socal?? Come on, there was rain in LA in 04 earlier than there was rain in Berkeley. LA rains a crapload during the winter time too, and so what. Come on. CA weather is not perfect either, and I know from experience. What else. Rich kids with crazy cars? Yea been there. People move into my community for schools only. Thats why the houses are so expensive. Yea, so we see 6 M3s in our hs parking lot and so what. I drove a minivan. I have friends who drove old cars.. we're just about as rich as those idiots in the OC... Overhyped...
