Lego Star Wars II Original Triology issues

Install game and I get error message about not being able to find d3dx9_30.dll. I have it in the correct folder. Even re-downloaded it and extracted it. Still nogo. Tried new drivers for my 7900GS, nogo.
Of course I tried reinstalling the game, nogo.

Any ideas or has someone else ran into this issue?

Thanks in advance.

looks like we just posted the same problem. yep, so it sounds like a bad batch of CDs. I emailed Lucas Arts tech support. please do the same so they don't think it's just one bad CD.
Son is really bummed!!!
