Hehe very cool. Resolution must be ~20 DPI or something. Probably can't get much better with the backlash on those lego racks and gears.

How much is he going to charge for ink refills?!
Since I have never had a felt tip pen last worth a crap, a lot.

Showed this to my 9 year old lego fanatic. Told him to have it done by the time I get home.

Wow, I don't know what's more impressive... the printer itself or the fact that the dude wrote a custom printer driver for it.

I'm so showing that to my 8 yr. old...

he was attempting to use his lego mind storms to build a rubics cube solver, he actually got it programed to be able to turn the cube twice which is pretty huge in itself. He told me though, that it didn't do a good job of solving it. :p lol!

He just didn't let it run long enough!

Wow that's pretty cool for an 8 yr old!

The Lego printer was pretty funny, it's like skywriting, only slower...and not in the sky lol

Know what would be cool? Skywriting on clouds in the sky with lasers.
