LEGOs are the best. I remember playing with them for hours on end. There is no limit. I've looked at the Mindstorms and while they look sweet, they cost more than I'd be willing to pay.

Some of these expanisons have been on sale for awhile. The best deal was the $30 Droid Developer Kit. I did my final senior computer science project using Mindstorms, boy did I buy a lot of LEGO!

If anyone's buying Vision Command set..careful. Read the reviews on Amazon:

1) The Lego drivers do not work under Windows 2k or XP.
2) It has to be connected to the comp.

Guess I'm not buying it then...I'll settle for the Extreme Creatures kit.
