Lego Batman for 360 --- How to save in Story Mode?

My son got this for X-mas and we cannot figure out how to save his games so he keeps losing where he is.

We have looked for save points - nothing.

We thought it was autosaving - nothing.

We thought exit to the Batcave would do it but nope it says all progress will be lost.

Can you guys help?

In Lego Star Wars I don't think you could save in the middle of a level.

i think it saves after you complete a level. or sub level. what ever you call them.

There are no save points in the LEGO game series. There are chapters. The game auto saves after you completed a chapter.

Yep - had exactly the same problem - my son had been playing this for a long time then it said something about not saving - lost all his work.

Took a bit of investigating, but I wandered around in the batcave trying everything, went into the shop bit where you buy characters etc. went into the data option - bought a couple of bits and then exited - it then prompted me to save the progress so far, so chose a destination and that was it.

Not exactly easy but got there eventually. From that point onwards it's been possible to save the game.
