But I have no idea if there are legitimate sites out there or if it's even legal. I assume it is because I've got an account with TVG for horse racing.

Do they use your credit card as a cash advance, or a purchase?

Most use an "in between" for deposits. Similar to paypal. Best one I've found is firepay.

very illegal. you can't bet vegas outside of vegas state line (i.e. over the phone/intarweb).

You need to find someone that lives in Nevada that can place such a bet for you.

Some casinos will allow online betting if your IP address maps to a local LV area.

You can check online gaming sites or some casino sites to get the latest overnight lines.

If you use some-one, you need to have trust in them.
