The only reason I would agree with this is b/c you know people still do it anyway, if it was legalized, it would be standardized. Therefore you could cut down on the spread of diseases, and have higer quality prostitues, lol. Kinda like how they now require testing of all porn stars for STDs now, and must always wear condoms in vids.

Asking whether something should be legal doesn't necessarily mean that it should be *legalized*.

For example, if you're asking whether I think all drugs should be legal, then yeah, I think they should. If you're asking whether I think that all drugs should be legalized, then no, I don't think they should. Because they're currently not legal, I think that the social response to legalization would cause an influx or an imbalance that wouldn't be there if it was always legal.

Actually Prostitution is legal in the USA it is the individual states that have made laws making it illegal.

There should not be a federal law that makes it "legal" It should (and is) up to each state.
