I want purely LEGALITY based answers, morals should be avoided please.
Let's say someone wants to run that coppermine gallery script without giving them credit at the bottom of each page and instead on a seperate page with credits to other things would that legal? It is distributed under the GNU General Public License you can find at http://www.gnu.org/copyleft/gpl.html
Again, I want legally right/wrong answers, not morality based because I agree you should give credit, no one wants to code something this great and not get credit or have it distributed without their credit.
