legal template for loan?

I loaned my girlfriend some money, I want to have a paper she signs saying that she will pay me back $2294 over $100 per month until it is paid off. I just don't want her changing her mind some point in the future and getting away with it basically.

My question is, is there any legal templates for this sort of thing, and how do I make it official.

I used a service like this one to borrow some money from my dad. Wanted it all legal and witnessed so that if my now ex wife decided to come after it, I could absolutely show it as a debt, not an asset.

Just to point something out... do you honestly think you'll be dating for another 2 years? (which is how long it'll take her to pay you back...)

That, and all one of these forms gives you is a basis to sue her if she defaults. Which will be expensive.

I trust her enough that her signing this will keep her honest about paying me back. This is just to cover my ass if the sh1t ever hit the fan, which I do forsee. Thanks for the forms.

I agree with Armitage, after 2 years your pretty much married and you will write that off anyways. Sounds like your planning for after the breakup, which isn't a good place to invest your $, esp. interest free, which I'm assuming it will be...
