Legal Question

My mom just got an Arbitration Claim delivered to her yesterday (by fedex)

The claim states that she owns money to a credit card company and since she has not responded they file a this claim against her.

So i'm trying to help her and i'm reading this stuff and not sure what to do.

The letter states that within 30 days mail a claim response to them etc, but i'm don't if it has to be done in a special format or through a lawyer etc. My mom just want to pay for it or ask to pay it in 4 payments otherwise i will have to lend her the money to pay for it all.

any advice appreciated.

😕

I'm confused. Why would she get a letter? She owes money on a credit card. She pays it off monthly. That's what you do. How much does she owe exactly? What is the % rate?
